I'm really been trying to work on my back and shoulders lately and am looking for some new training routines to help push me to the next level. What are your favorite back and shoulder programs?

Here is my routine for shoulders and back:
Shoulders:
-Military Barbell Press
-Seated DB Press
-Standing Side Lateral Dumbbell Raises
-Barbell Shrugs
-Upright Rows
Back:
-Lat Pulldowns
-Seated Cable Rows
-Good Mornings
-Weighted Hyper Extensions

I like to vary my routine up a bit but here are some of my favorite ones that I find work the body well.
Back
-Pull-ups (regular, side-to-side, and one-hand with a towel)
-Stiff-legged Deadlifts
-Bent-over Two-arm Long bar row
-Elevated Cable Rows
Shoulder
-Plate Raise
-Front and Rear Military Press
-Lateral Raises
-Arnold and Regular Presses
I change the routines every so often just to keep the muscles guessing. Pull-ups and Military presses I always include as they always give a good workload.
