Who here is into competitive bodybuilding?
This is something that I really want to get serious about in '07, it's just a little intimidating to think about as I've never done contests before.
I would love a little advice if anyone can help!

I've been bodybuilding seriously for the last year or so and I've been thinking about entering competitions lately too. Hopefully we'll get some good feedback from some who have already been down that road.
