I've been cycling creatine for the past year and a half and I also take glucosamine, a fish oil supplement, amino acids, and ON's 100% whey. What supplements is everyone here taking? What have you seen the most benefit with?

Being a college boy, I take complete whey protein shakes with water to fill in whatever gaps are left from my meals. I'm not exactly strict on my diet but I do what I can to see that I get enough carbs and protein fills after a workout. The powder I'm taking doesn't work wonders(I'd be worried about steroids if it did!) but it seems to do the job as I'm noticing a bit more bulk from my muscles, particularly the triceps, pecs, and deltoids.
I'm thinking of making one shake for each workout with the powder, yogurt, bananas, milk, water, and peanut butter so I can help my body recover quicker and add some more calories in the process. Now if only my blender container won't crack!

Im currently taking BSN Syntha 6 I use to be on ON 100% Whey, but I would get bloated after it, plus the cookies and cream from sytha 6 is amazing.
